Guatemalan Renacimiento


Straight from Cooperativa Renacimiento in the lush valleys of Sololá, Guatemala, this medium roast has good body, mild-acidity, and a clean finish. We're encouraging Catarina from Renacimiento to go Bird Friendly (officially!) because, after visiting there this past January, we believe they fit the qualifications. We've seen it first hand!
