Every now and again we come across something really unique in our coffeelands voyaging. Sometimes it is a super special once in a lifetime coffee, like our Nicaraguan Indio or Sumatran Heirloom (those were amazing!). Sometimes it is a style of coffee preparation only used in a specific geography or by specific indigenous peoples (such as Rarobang ginger coffee from the Spice Islands – yum!).
