Sort of non-discript

Hate to say, I was not at all impressed with the flavor of this blend. Not "Bad" tasting, more just lacking in descriptive flavor. The other Dean's coffees I've brewed have been great though! This "Full Moon" was only a Sliver Moon, I'm sad to say. Looking at the pother 5 reviews, maybe I got a poorly prepared roast? I didn't use this as soon as I should for premium flavor, but I often brew a bag past it's prime date. This one was not at all close to a med dark roast, barely even light. I normally drink my coffee with a little sugar and cream. Did not go well with my Sliver Moon. It was better black, but still not as expected. brewing 50/50 with another dark roast improved it. So this is just one roast I'll not order again.

Sorry you didn't love the Full Moon!
Did you check the roast date on the back of the package? We recommend brewing the coffee no more than 6 months after roasting for the best flavor and freshness.

Love this coffee!!!!

We only drink Half Moon these days, mostly cold brew, sometimes in a latte. The only other coffee we buy is Jamaica Blue Mountain - when we go to Jamaica. I could drink buckets of this.
