Sweet Justice Sugar

I have been using this sugar for a couple of years now. I was using the Rapadura but I like this even better. So much healthier than refined sugar

This sugar has much more flavor and character than regular white sugar.

Absolutely no reason to get store-bought white sugar (processed), or even cane sugar from some big brand - if you are ordering coffee anyway, just add this sugar to your list and have it delivered, you will not regret it. It's also the only sugar I use for baking now. This with Dean's cocoa makes the most fantastic brownies!

You'll never go back to harsh, bleached "white" sugar after this. Mellow, sweet, rich, this sugar adds complex flavor to any recipe
