How It Works
- Choose your favorite coffee, select your size and grind, and click “Subscribe and Save 10%.”
- Pick a delivery schedule that works for you, anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks.
- We roast it fresh and send it your way, on your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We offer subscriptions for all of our coffee and Sweet Justice products. Please note that green beans are not available for subscriptions.
Do I get a discount?
You sure do! If you subscribe, you will save 10% on every subscription shipment. We want to reward your loyalty.
*Note - You can't redeem “Bean Points” for subscriptions orders, but you will still earn them! The 10% discount is actually a waaayyyy better savings than “Bean Points”, so hopefully this suffices! And, you can always save up your “Bean Points” to use on a non-subscription purchase.
How do I subscribe?
Subscribing is easy. Just find the products you want to subscribe to, select the size and grind level or whole bean, and select "Subscribe and Save 10%". Then, specify how often you want your coffee delivered, and add it to your cart. It's that simple!
What if I need to change my subscription?
No problem! You can manage your subscriptions in your Dean's Beans account. Just login to
your Account and select "Account" from the drop down menu.
Then select 'Manage Subscriptions" on the right side of your screen. From there you can manage your address, payments, delivery frequency and products.
Note: if you need to change the grind level, you will need to delete the product, and add that same coffee in the correct grind.
What if I need to skip or delay a delivery?
Easy! You can easily change your next delivery date by clicking on “Set next date or edit frequency”. You can set any date for your next shipment (please note we don’t ship on the weekends!), or you can update your order frequency if you’re getting too much or not enough coffee. If you just want to skip a delivery, hit the “Skip or Gift!” button.
Can I gift my subscription to a friend?
Of course! If you’ve got too much coffee and want to skip a delivery, you can easily delay, or send your next subscription to a family member or friend using the "Skip or Gift!" button.
Can I use my bean point coupons on my subscription?
You cannot redeem Bean Points for any subscription orders, BUT, we offer a 10% savings to subscription orders, which more than makes up for the Bean Point savings.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the date that your order ships. You can easily find this date on your subscriptions page in the upper right hand corner.
