Medium-Dark Blends
Medium dark blends offer a little more depth than a medium roast, while still staying smooth and approachable. These coffees have a fuller body and richer flavor without tasting too bold. This is achieved through roasting one bean to a medium dark level or blending two different roasted beans together. We blend organic, Fair Trade and shade grown coffees that result in a satisfying and familiar cup you can rely on.
