Mexican Coffee
Our Mexican coffees come from Tzeltal-Tzotzil Cooperative, a very small cooperative of about 350 Indigenous smallholder farmers in Chiapas working together to strengthen organic production and shared resources. The coffees are smooth and approachable, with notes of chocolate, nuts, and soft fruit, supported by a medium body and mild acidity.
