Our East Timor coffees come from the Atsabe region and Cooperativa Café Timor (CCT), including a group of about 1,800 farmers within a cooperative network that spans 20,000 farmers across the island. These coffees are deep and complex, with notes of cocoa, spice, and dried fruit, and a full body with a smooth finish.
