Pick Up Info
Once you place your order online it will be ready for pick up the afternoon of the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, your order will be ready for pick up on Wednesday afternoon but if you order on a Friday your order will be ready on Monday afternoon.
You will receive an email once your order has been fully processed, and is ready for pick up. Please note that orders placed without providing an email address will not receive a notice. If you don't receive an email, or if you have questions, feel free to give us a call at 978-544-2002 xt 116
All orders will be left in a designated Pick Up area, clearly marked with your name.
After receiving the notice you can pick it up at any time as the pick up area is accessible even outside our business hours.
If an order is unclaimed in the pick up area for 31 days it is collected by our team and all products are donated to food banks or local survival centers. Please note refunds are not issued for donated orders.
Holidays
We are also closed on certain holidays, so please add one additional day for us to get your order ready. Those holidays are:

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus/Indigenous People's Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
