This Coffee's Story

Some coffees are born in the café. This one
was born on the high seas. We created Arctic Sunrise for Greenpeace’s annual
expeditions aboard their ship of the same name. It’s an homage to a vessel that
sailed straight into the icy heart of the Arctic to defend the planet.

The crew needed something strong, steady,
and reliable to keep them warm and wide-eyed through long, frigid nights. So we
blended a slightly darker roast, hearty enough to stand up to the cold.

For over a decade, we kept their
thermoses filled as they steered into storms, chased down whalers, and fought
the good fight for our imperiled oceans.

Today, every cup of Arctic Sunrise
carries that same spirit of adventure, courage, and stubborn hope. Bold,
bracing, and built to keep you going when your daily grind feels like an
iceberg.

My Absolute Favorite!

It's just so satisfying. It's the perfect blend of bold, yet smooth. Not too dark, yet still alot of coffee flavor. It holds up to cream and sugar, too. I just love it. Hands down my favorite blend.
