For the perfect Cold Brew, we've blended Colombian, Nicaraguan and Honduran beans in a medium roast. This smooth cup stands on its own, but also holds up to cream and sugar.

Just like with any cup of coffee, there are a lot of ways to Cold Brew! Here is our recommended recipe from our Roast Master:

  • In a large container, mix .75 lbs (4 ¼ cups) Coarse Ground coffee with 1 Gallon (16 cups) of Cold Water
  • Stir thoroughly to saturate the coffee grounds
  • Let sit at room temperature for 16-20 hours
  • Strain through a filter, such as a cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve
  • Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy over ice!

Our multi-origin blends are designed to highlight the nuances of the various coffeelands around the world. We balance different origins and roast levels to create complex flavor profiles that can't be made by one bean alone. The countries reflected in this organic coffee blend:

  • Colombia
  • Nicaragua
  • Honduras

Super Smooth, chocolaty notes, it’s my favorite cold brew at a fraction of going to a coffee shop.

Very mild to my palate

Too mild for me at 1/2 cup grounds for 28 oz press pot let sit 15 hr. Now trying 3/4 cup grounds into same press pot. Thing is for my press pot with such an extremely fine mesh I would prefer a finer grind but even without that ultra fine mesh I would rather have more flavor and deal with a little bit of powder in the bottom of my mug. This time I'm going to let it sit 24 hours before pressing. It could be I'm just used to bolder flavors. I usually press cold brew dark roast Ethiopian so it's very very strong and add cold milk and microwave. I'll say this it is the smoothest coffee I've ever had!! I wouldn't even believe a coffee could be that smooth if I hadn't tasted it and made it myself. I plan to continue to experiment with cold Brewing...... Because it's so smooth I don't need to put sugar in my coffee even with a dark roast. I use a stainless steel press pot because every time I buy a glass press pot the glass breaks and then I have to buy a whole new one because I can't find the replacements for the glass and also I've never found a glass one large enough. I just press the pot after it sits and then put the pot in the refrigerator. I'm having a ball experimenting with all your coffees and also now some of your chocolates! Custom Blend Coffee with a fun name is a fantastic gift for coffee lovers. I'm sending one called caregivers blend to my sister today.
