This is my favorite single-origin coffee by far!

I have tried this one as a light, medium, and dark roast, and not one was a disappointment. The light roast in particular has delicious notes of blueberries and cocoa; it's my new favorite morning ritual! And when I want a second cup, I mix it with a medium-roasted Peruvian decaf, also delicious!

Wonderful notes of chocolate, currants, and herb

I roast using a Behmor 1600. Not the fanciest setup, but it's still better than the majority of commercially available coffees. The Ethiopian beans are by far our favorite; we order about 5lbs per month for our household.
