Very Fresh

Not sure if this is the one we bought months ago but its very fresh, my sister decided she wanted to make some green coffee and was advised to soak them, with in 6 hours the beans started sprouting which is unheard of...

This has an amazingly clean, light but very rich taste . . .

. . by itself or in a combo brew. In a ratio of 1::2 of these beans with good Arabica beans it counters Arabica's sometimes excess fruitiness and heavy character. When using this Robusta straight I grind up just 2t of these along with 1/2t fennel seeds and a little grated ginger and get all the flavor and stimulation I could want. A bit challenging (for me) to roast. Needs more heat and a bit longer roasting time than washed Arabica beans to get to first crack. Stopping the roast part way into first crack gives a fantastic City Roast. Only needs to gas off about 3 or 4 days to get to optimal flavor.

drink it with whatever you prefer for bitterness, but this is will give a very very nice buzz. delectable.

I normally drink stricktly vietnamese robusta from an espresso machine but made these beand in a drip machine today and gave me more of a buzz than my normal triple shot.
