Organic Honduran Bird-Friendly Green Coffee (Unroasted)

This Honduran coffee is delicious and goes towards an excellent cause, thank you for helping birds and farmers in Honduras.

This is my favorite so far, I prefer it medium roast. So tasty

. . . its fine on its own. But in combination with Robusta it is great. This Honduran's slightly excess heaviness and fruitiness is perfectly balanced with the Robusta beans currently sold here at DB. Like all the washed S. American beans I've roasted, these Hondurans roast very predictably and start cracking pretty uniformly. So you can go with a light roast if you care to. I only do light roasts so I don't know how a darker roast of these beans would be.
