More please!

I use a popcorn air-popper, so controlling the roast is usually pretty straight-forward so long as the beans are uniform. Perhaps due to warm weather to start with, this bean came up to 2nd-crack really quickly, which had the interesting effect of expressing the oils without charring. The flavor is awesome!

Roasts like a dream. Medium-dark is my sweet spot. The body is incredible and aroma is to die for.
