Vic and Michael have just returned from Peru after a week visiting with the Oro Verde cooperative. The goal of the trip was to help the Coop set up their new roaster that they purchased from us. When we arrived, however, we discovered that they weren't ready for us... In the end we were unable to actually roast coffee with them and left disappointed in this regard. On the brighter side, this was Vic's first trip to a farmer's Coop and we visited with a number of different farmers and cupped coffees in the Coop's lab. We saw and learned a ton.
