Since the beginning, back when I was roasting alone in my barn, we have experimented with the unending possibilities of coffee. By combining different origins together at different roast levels, you can create truly unique profiles that a single origin simply cannot match. Sometimes it is a flop (like the lavender coffee that almost made it to market), sometimes a real winner! We only offer the latter, I promise!
So, go forth and taste the smokiness of Guatemalan, the acidity and floral tones of Ethiopian, or the volcanic earthiness of Indonesian (sometimes all in the same cup).
