This is my go to coffee on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I alternate every other day during the week as it never gets old and reminds me just how good it is three times a week.

AS SMOOTH, AS A CSN HARMONY !

My son prepared my first cup of this blend after I returned home came from a grueling 6 hour road trip. Strong comforting aroma with very dense body & smooth creamy texture. The flavor profile is fruity & long lasting. This cup was prepared in a Chemex. Next up is the espresso machine. Once more, "Well Done Dean's Beans".

My go to coffee for a flavorful cup. There are obvious fruity and chocolate notes. I have had other yirgacheffe coffees and this truly redifines the bean/region for me.
