This Coffee's Story

On Dean’s very first trip to East Timor , he wandered down to the coast hunting for treasures in the local thrift shops. There, tucked away on a dusty shelf, he spotted what looked like a bronze mug. Intrigued, he asked about it. The shopkeeper laughed and explained: “That’s no ordinary mug—it’s a Thunder Mug!”
Turns out this hefty relic was a 16th-century signal gun, once used aboard ships to send messages across the waves. Maritime history hiding in plain sight!
One sip and you’ll see why we named it Thunder Mug: it announces its arrival loud and proud.
