In this sampler pack, we've put together 5 Organic, Fair Trade raw, unroasted coffees from classic coffee growing countries - Mexico, Colombia, Nicaragua, Sumatra and Ethiopia. Then we tossed in one rare, exotic (and still extremely delicious) Timor coffee to create this 6-pack of unroasted Green Beans. Perfect for beginning home roasters, or those roasters who are looking to try new things but don't want to commit to a full-pound.
Each bag is 8 ounces, which is perfect for two 4-ounce roasts. Enough to experiment with a couple different roast levels or blends.
Also included in the Sampler Pack is a sample roast profile, information about each bean, and a Cupper's Guide to the different coffee growing regions of the world.
