This Coffee's Story

Years ago, someone threw down a challenge: “Hey Dean, can you make a coffee that stands up to that big name brew we all know?” Well, never one to turn down a good adventure, we set sail on a quest for something deep, rich, and unforgettable.The result? A bold blend built on Indian robusta and Timor arabica. Instead of harsh and bitter, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and just the right kind of strong to get you through stormy seas (or Monday mornings).As for the name, we took a little inspiration from Moby Dick and Captain Ahab’s fierce spirit. It felt fitting for a coffee born from a challenge and brewed with determination.
