This Coffee's Story

All aboard!

Inspired by the classic 1969 tune from Crosby,
Stills & Nash, this blend takes you on a flavorful journey eastward. While
we couldn’t exactly catch a train to Marrakesh, we took the scenic route, roasting
up dazzling Ethiopian beans that carry us just about as close as a good song
ever could. Bright, aromatic, and bursting with character, this coffee is a
ride worth taking.

We even shipped some bags off to the band back
in the day, and rumor has it the brew helped fuel a few harmonies along the
way.

Hop on, sip deep, and let the Marrakesh
Express carry you off to a cup that truly sings.

AS SMOOTH, AS A CSN HARMONY !

My son prepared my first cup of this blend after I returned home came from a grueling 6 hour road trip. Strong comforting aroma with very dense body & smooth creamy texture. The flavor profile is fruity & long lasting. This cup was prepared in a Chemex. Next up is the espresso machine. Once more, "Well Done Dean's Beans".

My go to coffee for a flavorful cup. There are obvious fruity and chocolate notes. I have had other yirgacheffe coffees and this truly redifines the bean/region for me.
