Small, dark green beans, strictly hard bean, fully washed. Smokey flavor and slightly acidic. This is a very versatile bean. To me it is equally good in dark or medium roasts, so experiment and enjoy the different qualities.

My Favorite

Sometimes I feel silly . . . I'm sitting here, sipping the last of my coffee this morning thinking
'Wow - the coffee tastes especially good this morning'.

I forgot that I had just switched over to the Guatemalan coffee beans and this was the first coffee brewed from the switch over.

I prefer a slightly darker medium roast. I stop the roast right before second crack starts.

The flavor is very bright and yet 'nutty' at the same time.

I have had Guatemalan coffee before and I remember that I liked it. I had simply forgotten how much I like it!

Wonderful medium home roast!

Roasted this at an 8 on a scale of 1-15 with my Alpen Roaster. Well balanced, fruity notes. Buying again.

My Daily Drinker! Great coffee, great mission!

This coffee is really versatile. Med-Light brew, to med-dark, they are all really good, with a complexity that changes with each roast level. Love it!! Thanks for this one!

Delicious HHT Guatemalan bird conservation coffee

This coffee is delicious. I roast it light and medium in an air roaster and I love how it is very sweet for a Guatemalan coffee.

Excellent Well Rounded Flavor

This coffee has become a staple for our home, well liked by everyone.
Extremely smooth, mild, well rounded flavor. Minimal citrus notes.
Typically roast to a medium light roast level. Usually brew in a Breville Precision drip coffee maker, with standard settings.

Thanks Dom. Glad to hear you're loving the Guat!

Great, rich flavor

Almost as good as Costa Rican Coffee, but better than most.
