the best

this Ethiopian variety has been the absolute best!!!! I do a long slow roast at a lower temp to get my city roast. No smoke, no huge smells and the flavor is the best. Thanks Deans coop!

Took longer roasting time than. . .

. . . S. American coffees to advance most of the beans to first crack. So I couldn't get the light roast I prefer. This though has a nice nutty flavor which faded more quickly (two weeks) than other coffees I've roasted; possibly because I did a darker roast than usual.
