9/14/20 Occasional MAJOR Shipping Delays from USPS - We are sorry to report that we are seeing sporadic and long delays of packages shipped with USPS. This is completely beyond our control, as all of the delays are happening within the USPS system. We have tried, and there is nothing we can do, no matter the shipping method. USPS is overloaded right now, and we have seen delays ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks (!). We understand the inconvenience, and we will try to help however we can. If you absolutely need to have your package by a specific date, you can consider using UPS, but please allow extra time for your orders whenever possible! Please be patient with us, as these are conditions out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
4/29/20 Pick Up Orders Allowed Again! - Locals and walk-in customers can place orders through our website to be picked up here. Online orders only! Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email, and you are free to pick up your order at any time at our facility. Your order will be sealed, and have your name clearly marked on it. This whole process is different than our pick up orders pre-COVID, so PLEASE READ for all the important details. Thank you!

3/23/20 Updated Shipping Policy during COVID-19 Pandemic - In a nutshell, expect delays! Read full statement here.
We are now working split-shifts to minimize the amount of people on our Production floor at one time, and everyone is required to wear a mask and other appropriate PPE while working. We will do our best to get coffee out the door with our usual quick turn-around, but split shifts means we can't operate at full capacity at one time. We are now averaging an extra two days to process all orders, including wholesale and retail orders through our website.
Our small office staff and Production team really appreciate your patience as we navigate this, and experience possible increases in phone call volume and order volume, while balancing heightened attention to each others' safety, cleanliness...and who knows what else! Please stay healthy, and keep your friends and family healthy!
